Under 13 Girls Division 2
15.06.08 Lost to Wembley Downs 0-6. The Game started off quite evenly. We were moving the ball around and getting into their half on numerous occasions. At half time it was only one nil, however they piled on the goals in the second half. Despite the score it was our best passing game and we came close to scoring a few times.
08.06.08 Lost to East Fremantle 0-8. We started a lot better this week and it was very even for the first 15 minutes. But then their stars woke up and started scoring goals. We have played all the top teams now and hope for some success soon.
01.06.08 Lost to Melville City 8-0. Once again we were out muscled against mostly 12 and 13 year olds. However there were some encouraging signs in attack. Our first win is getting closer.
25.05.08 Lost to Nedlands 4-0. A much better result against one of the top
teams. The defence did very well against unrelenting pressure.
11.05.08 Lost to The Jacks 8-0. Out classed by a stronger, taller and older
opposition who have all been playing together for years.
